The Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) Chair for Law & Religions has three main integrated goals : (a) Belgian, European and International Law about Religious or Non Religious Beliefs and States, Freedom of Conscience, Pluralism and non Discrimination Policies. (b) Comparative Religious Normative Systems, more specifically in comparison with canon law. (c) An interdisciplinary approach for a better assessment of legal issues improved by a scientific perspective on Religious Studies.

 

Prof. Louis-Léon Christians will be a member of WP4, The Workplace, and will contribute to a transversal integration of WP4 and WP6 in the perspective of potential influences on EU Law.
